Huh. Entourage 2004 and 2008 have synced with iCal pretty seamlessly for me since they added support for Sync Services. And my company is a solid Windows shop.
Then again, I use Exchange as my primary work calendar repository, and don’t use iCal to do much editing – only reason I used Sync Services was to a) publish my work calendar to .Mac for gCal import via WebDav and b) for iPod/iPhone sync until I got direct ActiveSync support in iPhone 2.x

Hmmm…. that’s pretty much exactly the scenario I’m trying to get to (though I’d like to use iCal for event entry that would then populate to Exchange). Maybe I should turn off all syncing on all my machines and start over again. Thanks, Jim.
